Room 3 has been doing poi's and weaving. Weaving is hard and easy too it is all about under and over. We are doing poi dancing it is so easy to do i like doing it. We got to make the poi's they are so easy too make. And we are doing Maori things this team as well.

On Thursday room 3 went to the Marine Parade to see pania of the reef . After that we went to the museum . It was really fun and we got to see how she was made.

On Wednesday the 15th of October our class room 3 went to marine parade to study Maori patters. One of my favorite things was seeing Pania. Pania of the reef is a Maori myth.

On Thursday room 3 went down to Marine parade to take a look at Pania. in the museum we got to see how Pania was made it was made in Italy and come to Napier and it sit on marine parade. pania to me is a good story for people to now.

yesterday r3 went to the M.T.G to see Maori patterns. We also went down to the stature of Pania a Maori myth. Pania is a sea lady that interested me because I don't know if she is real or not because she sounds so real.

 Today room 3 tried to poke all there pencils into a bag of water with out any water coming out and it worked no water came out .

Today room 3 did science there were so many things to do like fake snot,crystal soil,pencil holes and
jumping sultanates. My favorite thing was the jumping sultanates. you need lemonade a container and sultanates . pour the lemonade into the jar and then put the sultanates in. then watch them fizz and jump up and down.

Today we did some science experiments this is one of he things I did:Jumpinng sultanaes.

Equipment:Jar, and water.
I prediced: That the sultanaes would sink to the bottom.
What happend:What happend was when you put the sultanaes in the lemonade some of the sultanaes
went bouncing up & down.

The smell drifts up my nose wait; that smell reminds of pumpkin soup then I get a big whiff of it huh it is pumpkin SOUP. . . NO, NO, NO! I yell as I stamp my feet running to my room. Uggh brad bang me in to the kitchen I hope mums smart and she should know I can’t eat this awful disgraces but apparently she’s not she gave me a bid huge bowl of disgusting yellow and orange pumpkin soup. I had to try some I had no choice it was disgusting I said to mum the only way I’ll eat the rest is if you give me pudding.

I’m  lying  on  the  sofa, when a horrible  smell fills my nose.

I’m hoping it’s not DINNER.  Dinner!!!  Mum calls. I slunk onto a chair. I close my eyes… and open… noooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT IS RISOTTO!!!!  I walk down  the hall way, and I hide in my wardrobe.  I think, “I’m never going toe at that!!!”
“Dinner time!!!!”  No!!!! Stomping back down the hallway, I lock myself in my room.  My body dunks down on the bed.  I just want to go to sleep!  I’m going to sleep!  Hmmmmm?  But no pudding.

mmmm… I smell mac and cheese I’m always asking mum for that.

I run to the bathroom in excitement I nearly forget to dry my hands.

I WALK IN NOOOO!!!! It fills my lungs but I walk in because I’m starving NOOOO!!!! Its cauli mac. Mum slaps a pile of icky sticky horrifying cauli mac. It sounds like someone just had slapped me in the cheeks.

I chomp it I can’t describe the taste its just horrifying like snails and brocili mixed in a pot boiling on the cooker . I quickly gobble it up then I’m saved as mum said what’s for pudding APPLE CRUMBLE!!!! Thank

God I’m saved!!!!!!!!

Disgusting Dinner

MUSHROOM SOUP!!!

Noooo this horrible smell fills my nose again.

My mum calls me to the table.  My heart drops as I smell the disgusting soup boiling in the pot.

No, No I think its mushroom soup?  I smell the soup bubbling around.

I stare at my mum thinking, she’s never going to make me eat it,

Because she knows I’m never going to eat it I swear!!!  I give my mum evil eyes as I talk to her.

Yum that smells like eggs cooking in the pan, I can not wait until dinner!

Oh no, I wonder to my self as I saunter down the hall into the kitchen.

Changes of plans, I do not want dinner because… it is stir-fry!

Mum spoons a lot in the bowl.

I start stirring the disgusting colours around the large dish.

When I grab my spoon I only put a little bit on my large spoon and pinch my nose.

As soon as I put the food in my mouth I can tell my taste buds do not agree with Mums.

No,no,no I don’t want that I’m shouting as I ran to my room.

As I came back from my room I caught the smell of the ocean my heart broke into pieces.

Mum what is for diner? It is tuna.

But I don’t like tuna but mum says to bad Pyper you’re are eating it!  No I am not, yes you are, no, yes, no, yes, noooo yeeesss!!!!! We keep shouting at each other.  

That is it you are having it for the whole week says mum.

Uggh! I cover my nose it smells like rotten old fish.

Mum calls me to dinner my heart sinks as I walk to the table. I think it might be crayfish? When I sit down at table, I can see a glimpse of the big pot that mum cooks crayfish in. I give up I will eat it  BUT, you will have to let me have pudding  when I  put the disgusting and one of my least favourite meals in my moth it fells slimy and it taste salty as I put it in my mouth .  It was worth it .

Fish Pie

Fish Pie

NOOOOOO!  I’m never eating that again!

It’s the smell of that rotten chunky fish pie. When I pick it up my fingers sink into the fish pie then my heart sinks into the deepest part of my body.

When I take a bite I get a mouth full of rotten fish ‘Yuk   !’ I screamed. Then I take a tiny bite a long strip of oozy of fish scales come out of the pie ‘disgusting!’
